Had to wait 6 weeks to get my car in to have work done.Rang up a couple of days before to check a loan car available - confirmed there would be - however on way to garage to drop off my car - I was contacted and told a loan car was not available...

Very friendly and helpful staff and car was cleaned before collection. Whilst I understand every effort was made to diagnose the problem the issue was not solved i.e. engine occasionally cutting out when reducing speed on a r.a.b. or at a junction

Once I managed to get in touch with the service team the service was excellent, but trying to get to speak to someone was extremely difficult, took at least 4 attempts, and no one called me back when I left my number.

Reasons given above & also I asked on two or three occasions about a courtesy car & on each occasion I was fobbed off. You had my car for over two weeks and I had the inconvenience of having to find my way to work without a car during this time.

My husband brought my mini to Long Hanborough having dropped me at work to get there for 9, only to be told to go to the BMW garage at Wolvercote. Fortunately he knows the back roads so got there in time then the car wasn't taken in until 10.20.

Rang 3 consecutive days to book, nobody called back. On 3rd day asked to speak to the Mgr, surprisingly then someone in Service was found! Arrived on day of service to a building site because nobody phoned me to say that they were still at BMW.

I would have prefered to have had the car serviced at Long Hanborough mini due to geographic location. The Wolvercote roundabout and congestion at North Oxford BMW was not a pleasent experience.

I bought my Clubman in June 2016. I phoned to make an appointment to have the air conditioning looked at. I ended up having to pay for a re-gas which wasn't covered under the warranty. I wasn't told this when I booked the car in. Very disappointed.
