When I arrived in the morning there were at least 5 guys sat in their offices and not one of them came out to greet myself or the other two customers that arrived behind me.
My dash cam was disconnected as the vehicle was moved to the workshop - no filming allowed - then presented with video of my tyre tread depths !! Show video of oil being removed, filter being changed, underside condition of vehicle !!
Very accommodating in meeting my needs in terms of time of service - and they welcome my dog, which is a huge bonus. Well done Mini!!!

my only issue was when I collected the car - it had been cleaned but not to a high standard - there was still birds muck on the car.
When I walked in there was no one at the desk so I had to find someone in an office to help me, otherwise all was great.

I should not have to check things over and find that the Brake fluid counter had not been re-set.Time taken as well - 2.5 hours.
Josh give us very clear and driving test on the first visit. He made us a brilliant suggestion on the car spec. all good for us.

They are always very helpful, but you have to book a long time in advance to get an service appointment.

Was shown to waiting area. As I was new to this garage wasn't shown or even had it mentioned about being able to get a drink whilst waiting. Even noticed while I was there other clients being asked if they wanted a drink. Not good customer service.

I thought the newly refurbished North Oxford site was fab however as with any expanded business the quality of the service was lost. There was ONE lady looking after all the services, she was so busy we all found we had to wait longer than expected
While the car was in for a warranty issue I had an oil service done at the same time. Oil has then leaked all over my driveway leaving a mess. I called Oxford mini but you can never get through to anyone in the service team. Finally spoke to the mana

Because I previously felt very relaxed and comfortable coming to the garage ..... but since the reverb I felt more intimidated and the service felt a lot less personable.
