Always attentive & helpful and will explain everything. Helped this time with an unexpected problem in MoT. Hazel arranged courtesy car at late notice whilst tyres delivered. All work finished but obviously later than programmed.

Very good service, a small amount of confusion when the price of the service on the App differed from what was quoted by Service Dept, but this was quickly sorted out on arrival. The time that the service was booked for was incorrect on the App.

The North Oxford garage were excellent - brilliant service from them from start to finish. Awful service from Enterprise who dealt with the replacement car, but that is no fault of the garage. Mini were excellent. Enterprise were dreadful.

No problem with the service, staff are great at North Oxford Mini. Cold drinks and a good look around at the new models. All suitably expensive. Paying over £400 a month for my Countryman, I will downsize soon. It's too much.
